Lockdown Home Workout:
WOD 1: 5min AMRAP:
10x Static Lunges
10x Sit Up
Rest 5min

WOD 2: 5min AMRAP:
10x Box Step Up
10x Burpee
Rest 5min
Repeat WOD

*WOD1: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5min of: Static Lunges(Can be Forward- or Backward Static Lunge) and Sit Up(Touch the floor behind you and touch your toes)

*WOD2: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5min of: Box Step Up – Alternating Legs(If you don’t have a box to step up on, find anything safe that you can use to step onto). and Burpee(Chest touches the floor and then full lock out at the top with hands touching behind the head)

*Rest 5min after WOD2 and then repeat both WOD’s once more!
