The CrossFit Wings Teen Champs Competition is aimed at providing South Africa's best Junior CrossFitters an opportunity to meet their rivals and compete in a professional competition. The competition takes place a couple of weeks before the International CrossFit Season starts and can be seen as a great Open Preparation opportunity.

Date: 13 + 14 April 2018

Divisions

14 - 15 Years
16 - 17 Years
Athletes will compete in the age category they are in at the time of the competition. For example, if an athlete turns 16 on the 3rd of Feb, that athlete will compete in the 16 - 17 years division.

BOYS

GYMNASTICS:

• Rope Climb, • Ring Muscle Up • Burpee • Toes-to-bar • Handstand Push Up • 5m Unbroken Handstand Walk •

WEIGHT LIFTING:

• Squat Clean & Split Jerk for Weight • 60kg Squat Snatch • 80kg Power Clean • 80kg Front Squat • 50kg Thruster • Wall Ball (20lb, 10ft) • 32kg KettleBell Swing •

METABOLIC:

• 24 inch Box Jump • Double Under

GIRLS

16 - 17 Yrs

GYMNASTICS:

• Rope Climb • Toes-through-Rings • Burpee • Toes-to-Bar • Handstand Push Up • Un-assisted Pull Up

WEIGHT LIFTING:

• Squat Clean & Split Jerk for Weight • 40kg Squat Snatch • 45kg Power Clean • 45kg Front Squat • 35kg Thruster • Wall Ball (14lb, 9ft) • 24kg KettleBell Swing • 45kg Push Jerk

METABOLIC:

• 20 inch Box Jump • Double Under

BOYS
