CrossFit Wings Workout of the Day 22 May 2020
5 Rounds, each for time:
15x KB Swing
15x Box Jump
15x Wall Ball
(Goal: Sub 4min per round)
Rest 2min between rounds
Note time for each round
Whitten has been modified here by lower reps (originally 22 reps per station) and taking out the 400m run in the middle.
We are further changing it by making it EACH ROUND FOR TIME, instead of 5 rounds for time.
The idea is to change it into a HIGH INTENSITY workout.
Go as fast a s you can each round, rest 2min between rounds.
Stay consistent with your time per round (within 30sec of one another).
Stay consistent in pace.
